AIM can conduct customised, industry specific surveys on remuneration, HR policies and practices to enable organisations to benchmark their individual pay and benefits against comparator groups in the market and/or against our generic National Salary Survey.

These customised surveys can be run as one-off's, or an annual/bi-annual basis.

We currently undertake industry specific salary surveys for a diverse range of sectors, including liquor merchants and the performing arts, as well as one-off salary survey based remuneration reviews, across a variety of business sectors.
